Returns & Exchanges

At Camille Brinch Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new pieces. If for any reason they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Jewellery

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original Camille Brinch box and ensure it is securely packaged in a protective shipping envelope.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at the nearest designated drop-off point; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
